Established in 1929 in Perryton, Texas, Lemon Law Firm is one of the oldest law firms in the area with attorneys licensed in both Texas and Oklahoma.
SHAREHOLDER
Carson E. Schilling, who is also a formerly licensed certified public accountant, joined the law firm in February of 2009. He has a general office practice with a focus on real estate, oil and gas, wind energy, financing instruments, estate planning, estate administration, and tax matters.

Claire advises and represents clients regarding a variety of matters in Texas and Oklahoma. Maintaining a small-town practice, her work varies from significant corporate transactions and property disputes to estate planning and property leases.

Matthew D. Bartosiewicz (“Matt”) joined the law firm in January of 2004 and handles primarily real estate transactions, real estate title, probate, and a general office practice. In addition to his office practice, Matt is the President of Digital Abstract & Title and the Lipscomb County Attorney.

In addition to a general practice, Brooke's current practice is focused on estate planning, probates, guardianships, formation of business entities, real estate transactions and civil litigation

Kalen’s current practice is focused on estate planning, probates, guardianships, and real estate transactions. She is licensed in Oklahoma and Texas. Kalen was born and raised in Perryton, Texas and graduated from Perryton High School in 2016.
