Matthew D. Bartosiewicz (“Matt”) joined the law firm in January of 2004 and handles primarily real estate transactions, real estate title, probate, and a general office practice. In addition to his office practice, Matt is the President of Digital Abstract & Title and the Lipscomb County Attorney. Before joining the firm, he practiced in Ft. Worth for over three years with the firm of Bishop, Payne, Harvard & Kaitcer. When not practicing law, Matt enjoys supporting his three children in their many school and extracurricular activities, traveling with his family, and participating in many civic activities in Booker, Texas. Matt and his wife, Valerie, enjoy participating in half marathons and full marathons across the U.S.
