Haley R. Ward

Haley R. Ward joined the law firm in September of 2013.  She handles real estate related transactions, oil and gas matters, estate planning, estate administration, in addition to a general office practice. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for a firm specializing in drilling and acquisition title opinions in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Haley’s transactional practice includes assisting clients with business entity formation, re-organization and dissolution. Her practice also includes other transactional matters such as real estate transactions, rendering surface, mineral, and drilling title opinions, and assisting with farm and ranch transactions. Haley can assist you by drafting easements, leases, surface use and damage agreements and other documents that may affect your property. She also handles estate planning, including administration of estates and trusts, lifetime gifts, the drafting of wills, trusts, durable and medical powers of attorney and other related instruments.

Haley’s oil and gas practice includes negotiation and resolution of oil and gas leases, salt water disposal agreements, surface use agreements, pipeline easements, road easements, assignments, and other related matters. She can also assist you with mineral or drilling title opinions. Haley grew up near Canadian on her family’s ranch and currently resides in Canadian with her husband and two sons.
